AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 29; Title 36 and Title 37, relative to children.

As introduced, makes various changes to the requirements for child custody determinations, including requiring a court in determining the best interests of a child to give highest weight to credible evidence of physical abuse, sexual abuse, or domestic violence, applied equally to abuse committed against any member of the child's household. - Amends TCA Title 29; Title 36 and Title 37.
