Establishes a State Family Advisory Board to advise the Department of Correction on family reunification and reentry support.

This bill creates a State Family Advisory Board composed of nine members, all of whom must be family members of individuals currently incarcerated in Tennessee. The board is tasked with fostering effective communication between the Department of Correction and family members, strengthening efforts for family reunification, building stronger families and communities upon reentry, and providing feedback on relevant activities within the department. The board is composed of members appointed by the governor, the speaker of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives.
