Allows LEAs and public charter schools to offer hunter education courses to students in grades 5-12.

HB2067 amends Tennessee Code to permit local education agencies and public charter schools to provide hunter education courses to students in grades five through twelve as part of physical education, health, or safety instruction. These courses must be approved by the wildlife resources agency. This act becomes effective upon becoming law.
