Tennessee HB2056 amends the Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 62, Chapter 3 and Title 62, Chapter 4, concerning professional licensing. The bill mandates that the board use a student identification number for applicants accruing instructional hours in order to apply for a certificate or license. It prohibits the use of a student's social security number on hourly report forms and requires the use of the student identification number until the student is ready to take an examination or receive a license or certificate.
