Tennessee HB2034 amends the Tennessee Code to allow municipal courts to order municipalities to remedy property maintenance violations when individuals or entities fail to do so within 30 days. The cost of remediation is assessed against the property owner as a lien in favor of the municipality. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
