Establishes the Tennessee Council for Research of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing Children to assess and recommend language development.

The Tennessee Council for Research of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, and Hard of Hearing Children is created to assess and recommend language development practices for children aged birth to ten years. The council will identify the number of children with an audiological diagnosis, recommend assessment tools, and design a data system to track language milestones. It will also recommend protocols for reporting data results and an annual data reporting system. The council will cease to exist upon submitting its report by July 1, 2029.
