Tennessee HB1954 modifies the state code to allow healthcare providers employed by, contracting with, or subcontracting through a contracted healthcare vendor with the Department of Correction or a county or municipal jail to prescribe buprenorphine products. This act becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
