Tennessee HB1922 requires sexual offenders to notify campground owners of their status before staying overnight.

Tennessee HB1922 amends the state's sexual offender laws by requiring any sexual or violent sexual offender to inform the owner or operator of a campground of their status before staying overnight. Failure to provide this notice constitutes an offense. This act takes effect July 1, 2026.
