Amends Tennessee law to require nonpublic schools to administer standardized tests in English and math to students aged 18 and under.

This bill amends Tennessee law to mandate that nonpublic schools administer nationally standardized achievement tests in English language arts and mathematics to students aged 18 and under. The tests apply to students who have completed 50% and 90% of their high school program. Students who complete their entire high school program within a year are only required to take the test once. The changes apply to the 2026-2027 school year and each subsequent school year.
