Tennessee HB1884 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Title 8, Title 48, and Title 67, relative to corporate entities. The bill requires the secretary of state to compile and publish a report on the number of nonprofit corporate registrations administratively revoked for violations within the last three calendar years. This report must be transmitted to the chief clerks of the senate and house of representatives by December 31, 2026. The section mandating this report is repealed on January 1, 2027. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
