Amends Tennessee law to allow voluntary surrendering of an infant at specific locations with 24-hour staffing.

This bill modifies Tennessee law to expand the locations where an infant can be voluntarily surrendered. It adds ambulance stations with 24-hour staffing to the list of approved locations, which already includes fire stations, police stations, emergency communications centers, and nursing homes. These locations must be licensed and have staff scheduled continuously on a 24-hour basis by a licensed emergency medical services provider. The bill also removes certain language about staffing from the relevant sections of the Tennessee Code.
