This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68 and Title 71, concerning TennCare. It changes the percentage from sixty-seven and one-half percent (67.5%) to one hundred and ten percent (110%). The bill also deletes a subsection from Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 71-5-165(b) and removes a part from Title 71, Chapter 5, Part 15. Additionally, it mandates that any remaining funds in the ambulance service assessment revenue fund after June 30, 2026, must stay in the fund until expended.
