Tennessee HB1801 introduces a new subdivision to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-6-303, specifying that a member of a uniformed service in active military service, who is a resident of Tennessee and stationed out-of-state under orders, will be considered a resident of this state. This act takes effect July 1, 2026.
