Allows Masonic lodges to acquire real and personal property for lodge, hall, or temple purposes.

This bill amends Tennessee law to allow officers and members of a Masonic lodge, or a Masonic lodge-sponsored corporation or limited liability company, to acquire real and personal property through purchase or gift for building, maintaining, or acquiring a Masonic lodge, hall, or temple, or for a burial place. The deed must vest the legal title in the acquiring Masonic lodge or a related corporation or limited liability company. This act does not affect conveyances of property to corporations or limited liability companies that occurred before the act's effective date.
