Amends Tennessee Code to revise the composition of the Tennessee Interlocal Cooperation Agency review committee.
The bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 49-3-113, to change the composition of the review committee for the Tennessee Interlocal Cooperation Agency (TISA). The committee will now include the executive director of the state board, the commissioner of education, the commissioner of finance and administration, the comptroller of the treasury, and the director of the Tennessee advisory commission, or their respective designees. This act takes effect upon becoming law.
