Tennessee HB1713 allows recovery vehicles to display a blue light to the rear when assisting another vehicle.

Tennessee HB1713 amends the state's towing laws to permit recovery vehicles to use a single, steady-burning or flashing blue light at the rear while stationary and assisting another vehicle. This exception is made to the general rule prohibiting blue lights on non-emergency vehicles. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
