Tennessee HB1596 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 13, Chapter 26, relative to the Southwest Tennessee human resource agency. It deletes an outdated reference in Section 4-29-247(a) and adds a new reference in Section 4-29-251(a). The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
