Tennessee HB1590 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 63, Chapter 13, Part 5, relative to the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact. It deletes a specific subdivision from Section 4-29-247(a) and adds a new section, 4-29-255, which sets a termination date of June 30, 2034, for the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact and other governmental entities created in 2032. The act also allows for the continuation, reestablishment, or restructuring of terminated entities. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
