Amends Tennessee Code to update references to the Northwest Tennessee human resource agency.
Amends Tennessee Code to remove outdated reference to the Northwest Tennessee human resource agency in Title 4, Chapter 29 and adds a new reference in Title 4, Chapter 29. The act also inserts a new subdivision in Title 4, Chapter 29, relating to the Northwest Tennessee human resource agency. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
