Tennessee HB1582 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 37, Chapter 4, Part 1, to terminate the Interstate Compact for Juveniles and other governmental entities created during 2032 by June 30, 2034. These entities may be continued, reestablished, or restructured according to the chapter. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
