Amends Tennessee Code to include the Delta human resource agency in Title 4, Chapter 29.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 13, Chapter 26 to include the Delta human resource agency. The Delta human resource agency is created by § 13-26-102. The act takes effect upon becoming a law, as the public welfare requires it.
