This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 63, Chapter 28 to include the Committee for clinical perfusionists. The amendment adds a new subdivision to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-252(a) to reflect the creation of the Committee for clinical perfusionists, as established by § 63-28-112. The changes take effect immediately upon becoming law.
