Tennessee HB1564 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 63, Chapter 3 to update references to the Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. The bill inserts a new subdivision into Section 4-29-252(a) to clarify the creation of the Board by § 63-3-103. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
