Adds a new subdivision to the Board of Examiners in Psychology in Tennessee.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 63, Chapter 11, by adding a new subdivision to the Board of Examiners in Psychology. The new subdivision is inserted into Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-252(a). The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law, as the public welfare requires it.
