Amends Tennessee Code to clarify the creation of the Board of Dentistry.
This bill amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 63, Chapter 5, to clarify the creation of the Board of Dentistry. It inserts a new subdivision into Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-252(a) to explicitly state that the Board of Dentistry is created by § 63-5-101. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
