HB1506 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2, Chapter 10, Part 2 and Title 3, Chapter 6, Part 1 to expand the list of authorized trainers for ethics and campaign finance programs. The bill allows the executive director of the bureau of ethics and campaign finance and attorneys employed by the bureau to provide training programs, in addition to other authorized trainers. This change takes effect immediately upon the bill becoming law.
