Tennessee HB1450 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, to revise bail laws. It limits the ability of a defendant's legal guardian, employer, or professional bondsman to post security for more than three defendants in a year or more than once per defendant. The bill also redefines "family" to include those related within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity, or those living in the same household.
