Amends Morgan County's Private Acts to change the appointment process for the County Attorney.

This bill amends Morgan County's Private Acts to change the appointment process for the County Attorney. Instead of being elected, the County Attorney will be appointed or hired by the Morgan County Commission, subject to their vote. The new County Attorney will serve a term of four years and does not need to be a resident of Morgan County. The bill will only take effect if approved by a two-thirds vote of the Morgan County legislative body.
