This bill amends the City of Bartlett's charter to establish term limits for the Mayor and Aldermen. The Mayor is limited to three four-year terms, totaling twelve years, while each Alderman is also limited to three four-year terms, totaling twelve years. The bill also requires sitting mayors or aldermen to resign if they run for another position on the Board of Mayor and Aldermen in an election where their current position is not up for reelection. The term limits do not apply to disqualify any incumbent from completing their current term.
