This bill amends the governance of the Tenth School District of Wilson County by expanding the Board of Education from three to five members. Three members will constitute a quorum. The board will be divided into five districts with staggered four-year terms. Incumbent members will be divided into these districts, and new elections will be held. The bill requires approval by a two-thirds vote of the Wilson County legislative body to take effect.
