Amends the Charter of the City of Germantown to require the Mayor to serve full-time.

The bill amends the Charter of the City of Germantown to mandate that the Mayor serve and devote full attention to the office in a full-time capacity. The salary for the Mayor will be set by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, disregarding certain provisions of the current Charter. The bill will only take effect if approved by a majority of voters in a binding referendum on May 1, 2026, or August 6, 2026, depending on the occurrence of a primary election in Shelby County.
