This bill amends the governance of the Henry County Hospital District by changing the number of trustees, their terms, and meeting frequency. Trustees will be appointed by the Henry County Commission, with a minimum of three and a maximum of seven members. Two trustees must be members of the Henry County Commission, and the rest must be citizens of Henry County. Trustees will serve staggered four-year terms, with no more than two terms expiring in any single year. The board of trustees will hold regular meetings at least quarterly.
