Tennessee HB1315 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 55-10-417 and Section 55-10-425, concerning ignition interlock devices. It allows active military members deployed outside Tennessee for over 30 days to request a temporary toll of their interlock usage period. The toll period must match the deployment duration. The bill also modifies the definition of noncompliance to exclude instances where a person fails to appear for calibration, monitoring, or inspection if they appear within seven days before or after their scheduled appointment.
