HB1274 amends Tennessee law to mandate the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to submit an annual report to the speakers of the senate and the house of representatives. The report must detail instances of DUI arrests where no alcohol or other intoxicants are detected in the person's blood or breath. The report is due by January 1, 2026, and each January 1 thereafter. The report must also include the law enforcement agency that made the arrest. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
