Tennessee HB1231 amends Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13 of the Tennessee Code Annotated to regulate firearm storage in cities and towns with populations of at least 181,000, located in counties with populations of at least 366,200. This act specifies the manner of storage for firearms, ammunition, and accessories, effective July 1, 2025.
