Tennessee HB1210 amends domestic violence laws to require respondents to specify firearms transfer details to third parties.

Tennessee HB1210 amends domestic violence laws by requiring respondents who dispossess firearms by transferring possession to a third party to specify the third party's name and address where the firearms are located. The respondent must also obtain the third party's signature on an affidavit acknowledging receipt of the firearms. This act takes effect upon becoming law.
