Tennessee HB1182 requires state departments and agencies to report on economic efficiency annually.

Tennessee HB1182 amends the state government code to mandate that each department and agency report annually on their progress in achieving economic efficiency during budget hearings. These reports must be submitted to the appropriate committees of the senate and house of representatives and also posted on the department's or agency's website. This act becomes effective upon becoming law.
