Amends Tennessee Code Annotated to extend the waiting period for certain insurance benefits from two to three weeks. This change applies to pharmacy benefits under Title 4, Chapter 3; Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5; Title 53; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71. The amendment takes effect January 1, 2026.
