Amends Tennessee Code to restructure the Tennessee Board of Water Quality, Oil and Gas, including membership changes and term limits.

This bill amends Tennessee Code to restructure the Tennessee Board of Water Quality, Oil and Gas. It increases the board's membership from twelve to fifteen, including three ex officio members: the commissioner of environment and conservation, the commissioner of health, and the commissioner of agriculture. Nine citizen members are appointed by the governor, representing various interests such as the public-at-large, environmental groups, counties, agriculture, municipalities, small generators of water pollution, manufacturing industries, the oil and gas industry, and oil or gas property.
