Tennessee HB1160 amends several titles of the Tennessee Code to mandate a report on psychotropic medications. The report must list each psychotropic medication as defined in § 49-2-124 and detail the side effects of each drug. This report is to be submitted to the chair of the health and welfare committee of the senate and the chair of the committee of the house of representatives having jurisdiction over health-related matters. The act takes effect upon becoming law.
