Tennessee HB1151 amends Tennessee Code to mandate that personal seat license (PSL) holders who have held their licenses for ten or more years must be able to purchase subsequent PSLs with upgraded seating at the same price as their previous PSLs. This applies to contracts in stadiums with a seating capacity of at least 65,000 in counties with a metropolitan form of government and a population over 500,000. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
