Amends Tennessee Code to define "community benefits agreement" and related terms.

Amends Tennessee Code to define "community benefits agreement" as an agreement between an employer and a community group or organization that binds the employer to provide specific attributes, services, or amenities to a community or organization, establishes employment criteria, or requires the use of a unionized workforce. Adds definitions for "community group" and "organization." This act takes effect upon becoming law and applies to contracts executed, renewed, or modified on or after the effective date.
