Tennessee HB1060 modifies Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 70-2-106, concerning agent fees. It establishes a flat fee of three dollars for each annual license, permit, stamp, tag, registration, or other privilege sold by an agent. The executive director can also set agent fees through competitive bidding for sales over the telephone or electronic means. This change takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
