Tennessee HB1025 amends the state code to require the suspension of driving privileges or the ability to obtain a driver license for juvenile offenders for one year. This suspension applies in addition to any other legal dispositions. The act takes effect July 1, 2025, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
