Amends Tennessee Code to provide grants for after school programs in counties with high juvenile offense rates.

This bill amends Tennessee Code to establish a grant program for local education agencies (LEAs) to provide after school programs for eligible students. Eligible LEAs must be in counties where the juvenile offense rate is at least 10% higher than the statewide average.
