Amends Tennessee employment law to require annual reporting on injunctions brought against persons.
Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 50, Chapter 1, relative to employment by adding a new subsection. The attorney general and reporter must annually report by January 15 to the governor, speaker of the senate, and speaker of the house of representatives the number of injunctions brought against persons in the preceding calendar year. This act takes effect upon becoming a law.
