Amends Tennessee's school communication device policy to prohibit students from using wireless devices during instructional time, except for educational purposes, emergencies, or health management. Allows teachers to permit device use for educational purposes and mandates that parents be informed of emergencies. Requires local boards of education and public charter schools to adopt and publish a wireless communication device policy. Effective July 1, 2025, for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.
