Tennessee HB0928 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 53, to include the sale or offering for sale of any food containing a live vaccine under its purview. The bill defines "live vaccine" as a weakened form of a virus or bacteria intended for human use to stimulate antibody production and provide immunity against disease. This act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
