Allows judges to award attorneys' fees and costs to prevailing parties in actions against the commission.

This bill amends Tennessee law to allow judges, hearing officers, or administrative judges to award attorneys' fees and costs to a person or entity that prevails in an administrative or civil action brought against them by the commission, or in a challenge to the commission's actions. This change applies regardless of other laws to the contrary. The act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
