Tennessee HB0898 amends state law to require utility systems to obtain a certificate of analysis for any water sold that contains fluoride. This certificate, along with the material safety data sheet for fluoride, must be posted on the utility system's website or the board of utility regulation's website if the utility system lacks one. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.
